Gusramher Saudi Arabia is a joint venture company between Gusramher and Ahmad Nasser Albinali Holding Company. Gusramher Saudi Arabia provides services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia similar to services offered in North and South America for petroleum coke and sulphur handling refineries.

In March 2020, Gusramher announced its newest joint venture with Ridgewood Infrastructure: Transportation Infrastructure Partners. The partnership is focused on acquiring and operating essential transportation and logistics infrastructure throughout the United States, with Gusramher as the operator of investments made by the partnership, including Relay Terminals (comprised of Carolina Marine Terminal and Nassau Marine Terminal) and The Dupuy Group.
